Para Medical Council(Pb) Mohali was established in 2002 under S.R Act & Working under it's own constitution & Bye Laws to assure & promote the quality in the Para Medical Courses.
The council conduct the examinations, issue Diploma certificates & registration to pass out candidates.The Council Affiliate the institution & issue guidelines itself to regulate the Para Medical.
INTRODUCTION
Paramedical courses in interdisciplinary medical subjects are becoming enormously important in health care systems. In the recent years ,their has been a growing need for qualified & well trained paramedical personnels. In order to meet the great demand for qualified trained paramedical deploma holder personnel it is necessary to impart the training to the eligible & interested students. Paramedical council (pb) Mohali providing quality education to paramedical personnel since 2002.
Thousands of paramedical diploma holders of the council serving the nation. Punjab, UT Chandigarh, Haryana, Rajasthan & many other States in India don’t have their State paramedical council. Passout Paramedical’s wandering here & there for registration . So council constituted in Private sector for betterment of the paramedicals in different field. The successful candidates after the period of training will be come eligible for appointments as Technicians or Assistants in Dental & General Hospitals/ Nursing Homes/ PHC’s. The council provide great employment opportunities & also ensures the availability of sufficient no. of qualified & trained Paramedical for the upliftment of good health care system.
