Special Note: Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High court passed the order in CWP No.1272 of 2009 [which was filled by the students of the Paramedical council (Pb) Mohali. They had required the M.P.H.W (male) course] on dated 16.02.2010 , in which hon'ble high govt. issue the direction to respondents S.S Board Panchkula Haryana / Health Dept. Haryana Govt. to consider the candidatures of the Petitioner for the post of MPHW (male) in accordance with law with in a period of 3 months by interviewing the petitioner as well. I CWP No.3585of 2010 Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana's High court passed the stay order to maintain the service of Jagdish Singh & Amrik Singh who is working as a Vet. Pharmacist in rural Veterinary hospital Kang Distt. Tarn Taran & case is pending for 7.04.2010. For seeking Recognition the Para Medical Council(PB.) Mohali has filed SLP No. 1899 of 2012 in Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in which leave has been granted and matter is converted into specail appeal No. 8300 of 2013. CWP No. 20284 of 2009 Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana's High court issue the notice of motion to state of Punjab through secretary to Govt. of Punjab though Dept. of Animal & Husbandry, Fisheries & Dairy development , Secretary to Health & Family welfare Govt. of Punjab .
The Secretary Medical education Govt. of Punjab , Medical council of India, State of Haryana through secretary Medical Edu., Secretary Health & Family Welfare Haryana , Secretary Dept. of Animal & Husbandry Haryana. (Prayer) Petition under article 226/227 of the constitution of India Praying for issuance an appropriate writ, order or direction. The State of Punjab ,Haryana, Chandigarh to lay down standards & norms for affiliation, recognition of Paramedical courses & establish a State or Statutory body authorized affiliate , recognize & register the institutions imparting such training in the field or allow formation of such a body or enact a Law/ Legislation to this effect as has already being done in many other States & thereafter consider the Petitioner Institution for recognition as the State is arbitrarily either recognises or not recognizes individual Institutions without sitting up any criteria for the same. It is further prayed that the state be directed to consider the petitioner institution for recognition provisionally in accordance with the established criteria in a time bound manner.
